  If I could give zero stars I would. This bridal shop does both walk-ins and appointments which is why I was surprised to receive such poor treatment. This was the first place I went to as I began to look for a dress. I walked in with my best friend and told her that I wasn't in a rush, and was hoping to browse their dresses and perhaps try some on. The lady at the counter asked when my wedding was, I replied that it was in 2019 (I live on the west coast and have the chance to go dress shopping with friends and family once a year, if I'm lucky). This woman proceeded to talk at me in a manner that made me feel like an absolute fool for wanting to try on dresses. She reiterated more times than I can count that I have 4 more seasons to get through before my wedding, so I might change my mind. I told her that if anything I may get an idea of what I don't want in a dress and her response, again, "well you might change your mind in 4 seasons" She made me feel humiliated with her condescending tone and repetition (as if I didn't understand what she was saying) in front of my friend and other customers. It was clear that she didn't even want us in there just to browse. They lost a sale that day and I will definitely NOT be recommending them to anyone.
