Everybody there is still really helpful and more knowledgeable then other chain auto stores...but with a recent change of management I feel things have gotten less personal. Employees are more concerned about being outside smoking than inside helping customers. I used to never double check to make sure I got the right part but that is now a thing of the past. Over all though I'm not going to stop going there.
